Applications and Software
Bioinformatics
A number of software applications used in bioinformatics research are maintained on the RCC computing hardware, and are supported by the RCC's consulting staff. These include commercial, public-domain, and home-grown applications which cover a diverse array of computational methods.
Computational Chemistry
A number of software applications used in computational Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular
Modeling, etc, are installed on the RCC computing hardware. These include commercial, public-domain, and home-grown applications.
Computational Physics
A number of code development and optimization tools, and math libraries used in computational physics and astrophysics are available on the RCC computing hardware, and are supported by the RCC's consulting staff.
Statistics
Several statistical-analysis software packages are supported by the RCC for use by researchers. Consulting is available for issues related to programing, but actual statistical advice is not available at this time.
Utilities
Utilities packages are supported by the RCC for use by researchers and students
alike. Current available utilities include compilers, debuggers, profilers,
math libraries.
